[Duties and Responsibilities]
-
Works with QA Specialist to improve quality of
services and products
-
Helps forming new agent if requested
-
Assists team members to find answer
-
Attends meeting with client if needed
-
Collect information about the product and escalate it
to the developer

Prepares daily activities report
-
Escalate questions and comments when answer is not
listed
-
Ensures quality of his/her answer by proofreading his
messages
-
Provides support by email, chat and/or phone (as
requested by the project)
-
Searches internal documentation and consult colleagues
to answer customer’s questions and/or problems-
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the
customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and
explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or
adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
[Qualification]
-Interest in Video Games
-Excellent Linguistic Skills in English and Korean
